Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to the homebound take the Eucharist to the homebound on Sunday mornings.  On First Fridays of the month, the priests take the Eucharist to the homebound, and so the ministers do not go out on the Sunday closest to the First Friday.  These ministers are scheduled on a monthly basis.
